TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All terms highlighted below relate to purchasing individual one-to-one coaching subscriptions. Any products or services that fall outside of this are not covered by the Mako Money-Back Guarantee.
Please read these terms and conditions in full. Failure to comply with these conditions will void the guarantee.
· All money-back guarantees offered by Mako Running are subject to the latest payment period that you are currently in. No refund can be claimed from outside of this period.
For example, if you have been with Mako Running for seven months and are on the six-month rolling plan, you are only entitled to one month's worth of payment and not the full seven.
· To activate the Money-Back Guarantee, you are required to inform Head Coach Callum Wilson in writing of your wish to begin the money-back process. Please note that the only accepted form of written communication is email. Communication through other mediums. E.g., SMS and Social Media will not be accepted.
· Upon receipt of your wish to start the money-back process, Coach Wilson will send you an exit questionnaire within 5 working days.
· You are required to fill out this questionnaire to the best of your ability and provide as much detail as possible. You are then required to send this exit questionnaire back to us within 5 working days.
· Please note: From the time Coach Wilson sends the email containing the questionnaire, the 5 working days countdown will begin. Mako Running takes no responsibility if you lose this email or it ends up in your junk/spam folders.
Mako Running offers this Money-Back Guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
